Build Forward Workforce Development Summit
RPAC members and partners are invited to join ANEW and COMTO Washington for Building Forward: Safe, Healthy, and Resilient Workforces, a Workforce Development Summit focused on strengthening the future of construction, transportation, and maritime industries.
As employers and workforce partners navigate labor shortages, changing industry demands, and the challenge of attracting and retaining the next generation of skilled workers, this summit will bring together voices from across the workforce ecosystem to share ideas, learn from one another, and explore practical solutions.
Attendees will connect with employers, contractors, labor, apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs, public agencies, workforce development organizations, community partners, and industry leaders to examine how we can create workplaces where people have the opportunity to enter, succeed, advance, and stay.
For the RPAC community, this conversation directly connects to our shared work of building strong, sustainable pathways into family-sustaining construction careers across the Puget Sound region.
