RPAC Training Standards conference III

The Regional Pre-Apprenticeship Collaboration (RPAC) invites you to the Training Standards Conference III, a working session bringing together Pre-Apprenticeship Instructors and Directors, Apprenticeship Coordinators, Contractors, and Community Partners to strengthen our collective impact in the construction workforce pipeline.

This year’s theme — “Rigorous, High-Quality Preparatory Construction Training” — centers on aligning standards, expectations, and outcomes across education and industry to ensure every graduate is prepared to succeed and thrive on day one.

Conference Goals:

  • Elevate the quality and consistency of pre-apprenticeship training programs.

  • Create stronger demand among Apprenticeship Coordinators and Unions for program graduates.

  • Strengthen pathways that improve retention and success once graduates enter the trades.

  • Foster collaboration between educators, industry, and community advocates to recruit and support diverse, job-ready talent.

Join us for a morning of insight, collaboration, and connection — and help shape the next generation of skilled construction professionals.
